2 cups flour
1 1/2 pound butter
3/4 tsp baking powder
2 eggs
1 cup mashed banana
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
In a mixing bowl with a hand mixer cream butter and sugar. Add the eggs to the mixture - you need to beat the eggs first. Next add the baking soda and sour cream and beat well. Add banana, flour, salt, vanilla extract and baking powder and mix well. Pour mixture into an oblong baking pan sprayed with Pam. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle of the cake comes out dry.
