2 c. flour
2 1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
2 c. diced, peeled peaches
1/2 c. chopped almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Spray a 9x5x3 inch pan with
cooking spray. In small bowl combine flour, baking powder, salt and spices. Cream together sugar and butter for 2 mintues; add eggs, one at a time. Beat in vanilla. Stir in dry ingredients just until moist. Stir in peaches and almonds. Pour batter into pan. Bake 55 - 65 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool on wire rack for 10 minutes before removing from pan.
