3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 cup Karo syrup, dark
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups pecan halves
1 pie shell, unbaked

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, stir first 5 ingredients until well blended. Stir in pecans. Pour into pie shell.
Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center and edges comes out clean.
Never bake longer than 1 hour. Recipe is on the back of Karo jar. Pie is easier to cut into, if you
the pecan halves.
