2 eggs
3/4 C sugar
1 C dark corn syrup
2 T melted butter
1 T flour
1 t vanilla
1/8 t salt
1 C pecan halves or pieces
1 unbaked 9" pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place eggs in small bowl of mixer. With dial at No 4 beat lightly. Add next 6 ingredients and beat at No 2 until well blended. Stir in pecans and pour into pie crust. Bake 15 minutes; lower heat to 350 degrees and bake 30-35 minutes longer, until set. Cool before serving. A slightly sweetened putt of whipped cream makes this even better.
