1 c yellow cornmeal
1 c all purpose flour
4 t baking powder
1/2 t salt
1 egg
1/4 c melted butter
1 c milk
1 package Jiffy yellow cake mix

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake mix according to package directions, being careful to beat air into the mixture. Mix the rest of the ingredients and gently fold in cake batter. Pour into two greased 8 inch pie pans or a 13 by 19 inch baking pan. Bake in a preheated 400 oven until lightly browned.
