Crust: Filling:
1/2 c. butter 2 eggs
3 Tbsp. sugar 3/4 c. brown sugar
2 c. graham cracker crumbs 1/4 c. poppy seeds
1 tsp. vanilla
Topping: 1 c. sour cream
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
3/4 c. powdered sugar
2 Tbsp. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Crust: Melt butter and mix graham cracker crumbs and sugar. Pat in a 9 x 13 inch pan for crust.
Filling: Beat eggs; add brown sugar and beat again. Then add sour cream, vanilla and poppy seeds. Pour over crust and bake at 350º for 30 minutes. While this is baking, mix topping ingredients. Spread topping on bars while bars are warm. Sprinkle with 1/2 tsp. of poppy seeds. Keep refrigerated.
