1 c. corn meal
1 c. cold water
1 t. salt
4 c. boiling water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together corn meal, cold water and salt. Pour boiling water into top of double boiler. Slowly stir in corn meal mixture. Cook over high heat for about 3 minutes. Cover and steam for about 20 minutes. Serve with maple syrup. If there is any left, shape into patties and fry.
