1 pkg. lemon or lime Jello
2/3 c. hot water
1 c. cottage cheese
1 1/2 c. Dream Whip or Cool Whip
1 c. crushed pineapple also the juice
1 c. nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix jello and HOT water. At room temperature, let set until it is completely cooled, just before it starts to set. Add cottage cheese, Dream Whip or Cool Whip, and pineapple. Add nuts (if desired).
Mix well. Then chill until it is set. This works well if prepared the night before you desire to serve it.
