1 kosher chicken
soup greens (dill and parsnips)
2 carrots
2 celery stalks
1 med onion
salt & pepper

Directions:
In a large stock pot cover chicken with water and bring to a boil. Scim regularly. Lower flame and simmer partly covered. After 1 1/2 hours add diced carrots, celery, whole onion, soup greens and dill. Cook until chicken is tender - about 2 hours.
