1 pound chicken livers
1 pound calves livers
1 pound beef liver
6 hard boiled eggs
3 huge onions or 6 nice sized
Wesson oil
Salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Dice and saute' onions until brown. Double grind the livers and eggs. Mix ground livers, egg and sauted onions in a mixing bowl. Add a tbs Wesson oil to taste and for texture. Add salt and pepper to taste then refrigerate. Take out of the refrigerator one hour before serving.
