1 (8 1/2 oz) can sliced peaches
1/2 c hot water
2 tabs butter or margarine
1 c stove top stuffing (pork)
4 (1-in thick) pork chops with pocket for stuffing
1/2 c peach preserves
2 tabs Dijon mustard

Directions:
Directions:
preheat oven to 350º. Drain and dice peaches. Reserve syrup. Mix water and margarine; stir in Stove Top, peaches and syrup. Fill pork chops with stuffing. Arrange chops in baking dish. Mix preserves and mustard. Brush over pork chops. Bake 60 minutes or until cooked through. Bake any remaining stuffing in a casserole dish for 30 minutes.
