1 to 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1/4 c onion diced
7 oz can mushrooms, drained
28 oz jar spaghetti sauce
14 oz can diced tomatoes
pkg jumbo shells
large pkg shredded mozzarella cheese
large pkg shredded Velvetta cheese
1 c shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
8 oz cream cheese

Directions:
In frying pan, brown beef, onions and mushrooms. In saucepan, heat spaghetti sauce and tomatoes (do not drain). Cook shells according to package directions. Drain and set aside to cool. In medium size bowl mix mozzarella, Velveeta, Cheddar and Parmesan cheeses. Add cream cheese to drained beef; blend over low heat (use more cream cheese if needed). In 9 x 13-inch baking dish spoon enough sauce to cover bottom. Top sauce with 1 cup of shredded cheese mixture. Stuff cooled shells with hamburger mixture and arrange in dish. Top with sauce and cheeses. Bake in preheated oven at 350º until cheese melts. Serve with salad and garlic bread.
