1/4 C. Butter 1 C. chopped Onion
2 lbs Pork Chops 1/4 C. uncooked Rice
1 can (27 oz) Sauerkraut 1 can (12 oz) Beer
3 strips Bacon

Directions:
Directions:
In electric skillet, melt butter with heat set to 350º. Fry pork chops until brown on each side, remove. To skillet add sauerkraut, bacon, onion, and rice. Mix well. Pour beer over mixture. Place pork chops on top of sauerkraut. Turn heat to 250º, cover, and simmer for 30 minutes or until pork chops are fork-tender.
