1 lb hot sausage
1/2 lb sharp cheese, shredded
1/2 lb chedder cheese, shredded
3 c Bisquick or Jiffy mix
Directions:
Directions:
Melt cheese in saucepan. Add uncooked sausage and Bisquick. Mix well. Roll into balls. Freeze. Bake at 400º for 20 minutes. Do not thaw before cooking.
