1- 8 (oz) cream cheese, softened
1- 8 (oz) sour cream
3 oz dried beef, rinsed and finely chopped
2 tbsp chopped green pepper
1 1/2 tbsp minced onion
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Pepper to taste
1 1/2 tsp sugar

Directions:
Combine all ingredients well. Pour into a 1 qt. baking dish. Bake, uncovered in a 350º oven for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serve with raw vegetable or crackers. This is very good served cold also.
