1 - 2 lb. pkg. frozen Ore-Ida Hashbrowns, let thaw
1 pint sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
salt and pepper to taste
2 cups shredded cheese
1/4 cup of chopped onions or flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and pour into a 9x13 lightly greased pan. Top with 1 stick of melted oleo. 1 - 1/2 cups crushed corn flakes and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees or until browned.
