1/2 c butter
8 oz sour cream
8 oz heavy whipping cream
1 egg
1 c parmesan cheese
3 fresh finely chopped garlic cloves
1 pkg Knorr Parma Rosa sauce mix

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium sized sauce pan slowly melt butter over low heat (do not burn)
While butter is melting,add in the garlic
Once butter is melted,add sour cream and let melt, stirring constantly
Once sour cream is melted, add whipping cream and mix well
Add Parma Rosa sauce mix and whisk together
Simmer on low heat stirring constantly until warm
Pour over pasta of choice
Sprinkle parmesean cheese on top
Serve
