1 lb ground Italian sausage
1 small onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 ½ c diced tomatoes, untrained
1 ¼ c water
1 8 0z can tomato sauce
1 tbsp dried parsley
1 tsp dried basil leaves
1 tsp dried oregano leaves
1 tsp salt
2 ½ c bow tie pasta, uncooked
¼ c cottage or ricotta cheese
¼ c grated parmesan cheese
Shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet, brown sausage, onions and garlic
Drain
Add tomatoes, water, parsley, basil, oregano and salt
Mix well
Stir in uncooked pasta
Bring to a boil stirring occasionally
Reduce heat and cover
Simmer for 20 minutes or until pasta is tender
Combine cottage or ricotta cheese and parmesan cheese
Sprinkle in basil and pepper to taste
Drop cheese mixture by rounded tablespoonfuls onto pasta mixture
Cover and cool
Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese
