Pistachio Delight Recipe

1 c Flour
1 c Margarine - softened
c Sugar
2/3 Walnuts, chopped
1 Egg Yolk

8 oz Cream Cheese
1 c Powdered Sugar
8 oz Cool Whip
3 c Milk
2 pkgs Instant Pistachio Pudding
Maraschino Cherries
Chopped Walnuts

Combine crust ingredients in a large bowl and work until pliable by hand
Press into a 9 x 13 inch pan and bake at 350 for 20 minutes (Do not brown)
Let cool
Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar and the cool whip until smooth
Spread over cooled crust
Mix milk and pudding and beat until smooth and thick
Spread over cream cheese mixture
Spread the rest of the cool whip in top
Garnish with cherries and walnuts
Refrigerate until set
