Crawfish Meatloaf Recipe

2# Crawfish Tails
1# Ground Turkey Meat
1 Medium Onion
2 Tablespoons chopped parsley
4 Tablespoons chopped shallot greens.
3 ribs celery
2 eggs
Salt ,red pepper, and black pepper.
2 Table spoons flour
Can golden Mushroom Soup
1 cup water
3/4 cup bread crumbs

Grind crawfish, onions , and celery.
Place in a large bowl, add turkey meat, eggs, bread crumbs. Season well with salt and peppers.
Add shallot greens, and parsley, mix well. Shape in a loaf. Powder with flour.Place in deep pan. Mix mushroom soup and water. Pour in pan.
Cook for 45 minutes - 1 hr.at 350 . (Base occasionally while cooking.)
Let cool a little before slicing. (Slice and set in gravy)

If you find after mixing together the meat is a little too soft, add a little more bread crumbs and mix again.
