6 bacon slices cooked and crumbled
1 1/2 c. onion chopped
1/4 c. molasses
3 T. dijon mustard
3 T. brown sugar
2 T. GF worcestershire sauce
1 T. GF soy sauce or Tamari
4 to 6 minced canned chipotle chiles (optional)
2 c. dried great northern beans or 6 -16oz cans
6 c. water (if using dried beans)
1 T. dried coffee
2 T. tequilla
1 1/4c. GF barbecue sauce

Preheat oven to350.
Saute onions in dutch oven. Add in water and dried beans. Cook for 3 hours with lid on. Then add rest of ingredients and cook for 2 hours until beans are tender and sauce is thick, with the lid off.
