1 c. milk
1/2 c. shortening (margarine)
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 pkgs. yeast
3 eggs, beaten
4 1/2 to 5 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Heat milk until scalding, add shortening, sugar, and salt. Cool to lukewarm. Add yeast and stir until dissolved. Add eggs and all of flour. Mix to soft dough. Knead on floured board and let rise to double. Divide dough into thirds. Roll each third into a 9 inch circle. Cut into wedges, roll and let rise. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes. Brush with butter. Makes 3 dozen rolls.
