6 medium potatoes, peeled, and diced
2 carrots, diced
6 stalks celery, diced
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 lb. ham, chopped
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 small can of sliced mushroom (may use 1/2 cup fresh ones sliced)

Directions:
Directions:
In a large kettle, cook potatoes, carrots, celery, salt, and pepper, in water until tender, about 20 minutes. Do not drain. Add cream of mushroom soup, can mushrooms, and ham. Simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes more. You may add more milk if this is too thick.
