3 eggs
1 cup of sugar
1 cup of canola or vegetable oil
1 cup of walnuts
2 tsp baking powder
3 1/2 cups sifted flour
1tsp vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs. Add sugar, oil, vanilla extract, baking powder and nuts to beated eggs and mix together. Flour goes into the mixture last - in 3 sections. Flour your hands and divide the dough in narrow sections and place on a floured baking tin. Bake for 30-35 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool and then slice. Place pieces back into the oven and bake at 500 degrees until golden brown. Only bake on one side.
