1 small onion,diced

Stir in and simmer covered for 15 minutes:
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
4 oz. can of sliced mushrooms

Stir in and heat, do NOT boil:
3/4 c. sour cream
