1 qt. whipping cream
1 qt. whole milk
6 lemons, juice & peels
4 c. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Grate lemon peel for about 1 Tbsp. juice & strain lemon juice.

Add sugar and grated peel to lemon juice--add cream & milk about 1 Tbsp. at a time or very slow to keep mixture from curdling.

Makes 4 quarts and may be stored in freezer for later use.
