1/2 c. uncooked long grain rice
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp celery salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 lb. ground beef
2 tbsp. oil
1- 15 oz. can tomato sauce
1 c. water
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the first 7 ingredients in a bowl. Mix well with the ground beef and shape into 1-1/2" balls. Brown meat balls in oil in a large frying pan. Drain oil. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over meatballs. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour.
