2 CUPS SUGAR
½ CUP MILK
3 TABLESPOONS COCOA
1 STICK BUTTER
1 TEASPOON VANILLA
½ CUP PEANUT BUTTER
1/3 CUP NUTS

Directions:
COMBINE IN SASUCEPAN THE COCOA, SUGAR, MILK, AND BUTTER. BRING TO A BOIL, BOIL FOR ONE MINUTE OVER MEDIUM HEAT. REMOVE FROM HEAT AND ADD PEANUT BUTTER, VANILLA AND OATMEAL. MIX THOROUGHLY. ADD NUTS. DROP BY TEASPOONFUL ONTO WAX PAPER. COOL AND SERVE.
