4 whole chicken breasts boned and skinned
8 4x4 slices of Swiss cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
½ can of water
1 cup stove top stuffing mix
½ cup melted butter
Directions:
Directions:
Arrange chicken in a long greased 13x9x2 baking dish.
Top with Swiss cheese slices.
Combine soup and water in a bowl – mixing well.
Spoon soup evenly over chicken.
Sprinkle with stuffing mix.
Drizzle butter over stuffing.
Bake at 350 for 55 minutes.
(Judge your time by the thickness of the chicken).
