2 chickens cut and quartered
Wishbone Italian Dressing
4 oz Currant jelly
4 oz frozen orange juice
1 can pitted black cherries

Directions:
Directions:
Maranate the two cut and quartered chickens in Wishbone Italian dressing overnight. Drain and bake at 325 for one hour or until brown. You may increase heat to 350 and drain the chicken again. For the sauce - this is a double recipe. Melt 4oz currant jelly on very low heat. Add - stir in 4oz frozen orange juice and one can of pitted black cherries. Simmer for a few minutes. Pour sauce over chicken and bake for the final 15 mintues.
