1/2lb of butter
1 cup of brown sugar
1 egg yoke
1 pinch of salt
vanilla extract
2 cups all purpose flour

Topping ingredients
1 package of choclate chips
3/4 cup of chopped peanuts

Directions:
Directions:
Soften the 1/2 lb of butter and mix with the brown sugar, egg yoke, pinch of salt and 2 cups of flour. Add a few drops of vanilla extract & mix well. Grease a 4x6 baking pan and add mixture to the pan. Cook at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. After the cookie has finished baking you must let it cool. While cooling make the topping. Melt one package of chocolate chips. After cookie has cooled, Spread the melted chocolate chips on to the cookie. Sprinkle chopped peanuts over the cookie.
