1 2 1/2 oz. jar of dried beef
8 chicken breasts halves, boned, skinned, and pounded flat
8 slices bacon, halved
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pint sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

Place 2 or 3 dried beef slices on flattened chicken breast half and roll up. Wrap 1 slice of bacon around rolled chicken breast. Place in greased casserole, open end down.

Mix soups and sour cream. Pour over chicken.

Bake for 1 1/2 hour. Serve with rice or noodles.

Variation:
Add a small cube of mozzarella cheese before rolling up.
