Salad:
Spinach, Romaine and Redleaf lettuce
strawberries
sliced almonds (browned and sugared)
green onion
Fresh mushrooms
grated mozzarella cheese (or blue cheese or feta cheese
crumbles)
crumbled cooked bacon or ham

Dressing:
1 1/2 T poppy seeds
3/4 c white vinegar
1 1/2 c oil
3/4 c sugar
1 1/2 T purple onion
1 1/2 tsp salt
3/4 tsp dry mustard
Directions:
Directions:
Mix dressing ingredients in blender until sugar is dissolved and
you can not see the onion pieces. Mix together salad
ingredients and combine with dressing.
