1 onion-chopped
3 cloves garlic-minced
1 T olive oil
2 tsp dried oregano
28 oz can crushed tomatoes
10.5 oz can condensed chicken broth
1 1/4 c water
1 c corn-cooked
4 oz can chopped green chili peppers
15 oz can black beans-rinsed
1/4 c chopped cilantro
2 boneless chicken breast halves-cooked and cut
crushed tortilla chips
sliced avocado
shredded Monterey Jack cheese
green onions-chopped

In a medium stock pot, heat oil over medium heat. Saute onion
and garlic in oil. Stir in chili powder, oregano, tomatoes, broth
and water. Bring to a boil and simmer for 5-10 minutes. Stir in
corn, chilis, beans, cilantro, and chicken. Simmer 10 minutes.
Serve topped with tortilla chips, avocado, cheese, and green
