½ lb of sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
1 8oz package of cream cheese
2 tablespoons of margarine or butter
1 teaspoon of dried or minced parsley
½ cup of mayo
1 teaspoon of Tabasco sauce
1 teaspoon of minced onion
½ cup of heavy cream or Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Blend cheeses, butter, and mayo. Mix in Tabasco, onion, and parsley. Fold in whipped cream. Chill for 1 hour or longer. Divide in half and shape into balls. Roll in nuts. Serve with crackers.

*Tip: In the winter I make 3 balls and create a snowman with raisin buttons and eyes, pretzel stick arms, etc.
