Combine in casserole covered dish:
1/2c. wild rice(1c.)
1 1/4 c. water(2c.)
1 chicken bouillon cube
Note I use turkey stock in place of water & bouillon cube
Bake 1 hour
Chop & fry till crisp 1/2 # bacon. Remove bacon & saute 1/2 c. each chopped celery, green pepper(optional) & onion. Add 1 c. broth

In lg heavy pan mix 3 cans cream of mushroom soup, 2 c. chicken broth. Add wild rice mixture, 2 c. cooked cut-up turkey or chicken, the simmered vegetable mixture & bacon. Season with several dashes of chili powder & a dash of pepper
Heat slowly or it well curdle
