1 C Heavy Cream
1 C Half and Half Cream
4 ox Sugar
4 each yolks
1 t. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the cream and half and half in a hand mixing bowl.
Add sugar, yolks and vanilla. Mix until blended.
Strain through a colander. Place in a small serving dish 6x3x1/2 deep. Place on a cookie tray and fill tray with water so it covers the serving dish half way.
Bake at 275 until slightly firm. 30-40 minutes.
You can add fresh fruit.
