1/4 c margarine
1/2 c peanut butter
1 c chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla
9 c Chex mix cereal
3/4 c powdered sugar, divided

Directions:
Microwave margarine, peanut butter and chips on high for 45 seconds. Stir. Microwave on high for an additional 45 seconds. Stir in vanilla. Stir Chex cereal into chocolate mixture and coat evenly. Place powdered sugar into 2 large zip-lock gallon-size baggies. Divide cereal mixture into baggies and seal bags. Shake vigorously to coat cereal evenly. Lay cereal out on waxed paper for 1 or more hours.
