1/2 c soy sauce
1/2 c sugar
1 1/2 t red wine vinegar
2 t vegetable oil
1 sm garlic clove, crushed
3/4 t ground or crushed ginger
2 lbs frozen boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 c uncooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients into freezer zip bag, release air and freeze. Thaw in refrigerator the night before serving. To cook, place in baking dish, and cook covered for 90 minutes at 375 degrees. You can also stir-fry, grill outside, or put in crock pot all day. Serve over rice or Asian noodles with your favorite vegetable side dish.
