4 eggs
1 c flour
1/2 c milk
1/2 c water
1/2 tsp salt
2 T melted butter
1 tsp vanilla

8 oz cream cheese
1/4 c powdered sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla

Mix together all ingredients for crepes. Grease a frying pan and warm on medium heat. Thinly coat pan with batter and let cook for 30 seconds or until it starts to slightly smoke. Gently pull off using fingers and spatula.
Mix together ingredients for filling until smooth and spread on crepes with cut fruit.
Roll crepe and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
