1 bunch fresh broccoli
1/2-1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2- 1 medium red onion
1/2 cup craisins or raisins
1 cup cashew pieces
1 cup mayonnaise (NOT miracle whip)
1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix mayonnaise, sugar and lemon juice for dressing. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Fry bacon and break into small pieces. Cut broccoli into bite size pieces. Chop onion. Combine ingredients into large bowl just before serving. Pour dressing over salad and mix well.

If you don't have time to refrigerate the dressing for the 2 hours, the salad still tastes great!
