2 C warm water
1/2 C sugar
1 T yeast
2 Eggs, beaten
7 C flour
1 T salt
4 T melted shortening

Directions:
Directions:
Mix water, sugar and yeast in a large bowl. Add eggs, salt and 3 cups of the flour. beat with mixer or by hand until smooth. Add shortening and remaining flour. Beat until smooth. let rise until doubled. Roll out to 1/2 inch and cut large rolls with a medium-size glass and small rolls with a 1 1/2 inch glass. Place 25-28 rolls upright next to each other in short tube pans with melted butter in the bottom. (I cube for large pan, 1/2 cube for small pan.) Let rise to double. Bake at 400º for 15-20 minutes. (Cover rolls with foil for first 10 minutes.)
