6 C sugar
2 C white Karo
1 1/4 C water
1 tsp. Cinnamon oil
Red Food Coloring

Directions:
Directions:
Stir sugar, Karo, and water until dissolved. Bring to boil. Don't stir while boiling, except to wash down sides if necessary. Cook to 290º. Take from heat. Let stand 3-4 minutes. Stir in 1 Tsp red coloring and 1 tsp cinnamon oil.

Have cookie sheets lightly oiled (with spray Pam)
Place suckers sticks 5" apart. Spoon syrup onto sticks. Let harden but take off before brittle.
