2 lbs lean ground beef
2 can rotel (medium) unless you like it hot!
2 blocks Mexican Velveeta
seasoning to taste (I use Tony's or Lemoins)

Brown the beef, drain off excess oil. Add the rotel and cheese, heat over medium/low heat until cheese is melted. Serve with Scoops!
