1 package instant lemon pudding mix
1/2 cup shredded toasted coconut

Here's a quick dessert that tasted like a million. Drain a 30 oz can of fruit cocktail, reserving syrup.
Prepare a package on instant lemon pudding according to package directions using reserved syrup for part of required liquid. Add fruit cocktail and 1/2 cup shredded toasted coconut---delish!!!
