1 C mayonnaise
1 1/2 C sour cream
1 pkg (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained
1 pkg Knoar vegetable soup and recipe mix
1 C water chestnuts, drained chopped (optional)
3 green onions, chopped

Combine all ingredients; stir to mix well. Cover; Chill. Makes 2 cups.
