2 cans (18 oz each) sweet potatoes, mashed
1/3 C melted margarine or butter
2 T sugar
2 T brown sugar
1 T orange juice
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 C milk

Topping:
1/3 C chopped pecans
1/3 C brown sugar
2 T flour
2 T melted butter/margarine
Marshmallows (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Lightly grease crock pot. In a bowl, mix sweet potatoes, 1/3 c butter, sugar, and brown sugar. Beat in orange juice, eggs, and milk. Transfer to crock pot.

Combine pecans, 1/3 c brown sugar, flour and 2 T butter. Spread over sweet potatoes. Cover and cook on High 3-4 hours. Add marshmallows before serving.

Mix this ahead of time and store in the fridge until you are ready to heat in the crock pot. A delicious, sweet side for Thanksgiving dinner!
