2, 8 oz. pkg cream cheese, softened
2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 Tbsp. chopped pimento
1 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. lemon juice
Dash of cayenne & salt
Finely chopped pecans
Directions:
Directions:
Combine soft cream cheese and Cheddar cheese mixing until well blended. Add pimento, green pepper, onion, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, & seasonings, mix well--chill. Shape into a ball, roll in pecans until covered. Keep in refrigerator until 1 hour before serving.
