Yellow cake mix
1 pkg. lemon jello
3/4 c. salad oil
3/4 c. water
4 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Beat above ingredients for 5 minutes on high speed. Pour into 9"x13" prepared baking dish. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.

After cake comes from oven, poke holes in entire cake with fork; spoon the following glaze on top of cake:

2 c. powdered sugar
Juice of 2 lemons, 4 to 5 Tbsp.
Grated rind of lemons
