Directions:
Bake and cool 2 pie crusts.

Mix sugar and butter for 15 mins with mixer. Add 4 packages of chocolate, 1 at a time, mixing while adding each package. Then add 2 tsp of vanilla and 4 eggs, adding each egg 1 at a time and mixing while adding.

Fill baked pie crusts with mixture (about half full). Chill about 3 hours to set. Top with Cool Whip and use potato peeler to shave Hershey's candy bar on each pie.

**Note: Because Joe has an aversion to Cool Whip, he has also discovered that if you do not want to use the Cool Whip to fill your pies, you can use this same recipe to create only one, all-chocolate pie. Just fill 1 crust with entire mixture. It's actually very good this way too!**
